This was my first experience with eyebrow design and eyelash perm with minimal damage. The explanation was very easy to understand, and they listened to my concerns. I was soothed by the high-quality space and wonderful scent that you'd expect from a salon in Omotesando. The results lasted well, and it's a wonderful salon where you can really feel the care they put into their work.

I realized just before my appointment that the shop was located in a room in a residential apartment building, which gave me a slight unease, and unfortunately, my bad feeling proved to be correct. The atmosphere was loose, like a family-run business, completely lacking professionalism and the hospitality expected of a service industry. There was absolutely no prior consultation for either my eyelashes or eyebrows. My eyelashes were made unnaturally long, and when I pointed this out, they made the excuse that "your natural eyelashes are long." The technique was so poor that they fell out one after another within a few days, and I ended up trimming and shaping them myself the next day. Furthermore, they persistently tried to get me to change my eyebrow service, but they didn't explain the price increase at all, which was extremely dishonest. The "design using advanced digital technology" mentioned on their website was nothing more than amateurishly editing a photo with a computer's pen tool. From the greeting onwards, there was no attitude of hospitality; they just seemed to be mindlessly going through the motions. They don't seem to care about cultivating repeat customers; their only business model appears to be making a profit from a single treatment.

I have been coming back many times. The eyebrow design and eyelash perm with minimal damage lasts a long time and the results are consistent every time. The explanations are thorough and you can feel the attention to detail. Located in Gaienmae, this is a salon with a high-quality space that you can continue to visit with peace of mind.

Until now, I had been feeling that my eyebrows didn't quite look right, but I was recommended to come here for the first time by a hairdresser at my favorite salon. I had a professional do the work, and now I have beautiful eyebrows, so I wish I had come here sooner! I had my eyebrows professionally shaped at a salon for the first time in my life. Since my teens, I've struggled with my eyebrows, trying to shape them myself, but I'm so happy to finally know what basic eyebrow shape suits my bone structure. (I think it was also to my liking.) Since getting my eyebrows shaped, my face looks so much neater, not just from the front, but especially from the side. I'm amazed at how much of a difference it makes! I enjoy looking in the mirror now, and I feel more confident in my appearance than before! There was no pain at all when they removed the excess hairs with wax; in fact, it felt refreshing and nice. The time I spend on eyebrow makeup has been drastically reduced since the next day (it only takes about 2 minutes now, haha!), which is fantastic. I'm looking forward to seeing how well they stay shaped in a few weeks, as my eyebrows and peach fuzz will grow back. Thank you so much!
