I've had eyebrow waxing done at various salons before, but I was often disappointed because I could never get the shape I wanted. However, here, they carefully explained what eyebrow shape would suit me best, and then performed the waxing. I'm extremely happy with the result; I'm truly delighted. I look forward to coming back again!

The treatment lasted an hour, but my eyelashes were not curled at all. They looked almost the same as before the treatment, which is very disappointing. Even when I told the staff about it, they didn't seem to care much and didn't respond properly. It was a waste of time and money. I won't be going again.

I requested HBL and full-face waxing + hydro jelly pack treatments. My eyebrows were beautifully styled exactly as I requested, and I was impressed that the full-face waxing removed every single hair! (laughs) Since I have skin that easily gets red, I added the hydro jelly pack as an option. It had an excellent soothing effect, brightened my skin tone, and provided great hydration. They also offer a pack for just the eyebrows, so if you're prone to redness from HBL, I think adding the pack as an option will make the experience even more impressive.

I had an HBL treatment. I'd been getting it done at another salon for a long time, but I came here this time. I asked for a natural look, and I'm very happy with the result. The stylist was very polite and helpful. I also bought a serum, so I'll do my best to grow my eyebrows!
