eye lash iced out

They made my right eyebrow incredibly thin. It was so thin that anyone could see it. People around me said it was a salon job, but it was really poorly done. It's the worst. I'll never go back. How can they say it was so poorly done considering it took more than twice as long as other salons? I think they should get rid of the eyebrow salon menu. I'd like a refund.

I recently had an eyelash extension treatment at this salon, but when they showed me the mirror at the end, my left lashes were curled up while my right lashes were drooping. The result was so terrible, but I didn't have time, so I went home that day. However, several lashes fell out that same day, and the appearance bothered me so much that I went to a different salon three days later. At that salon, the staff told me that several extensions were touching my skin, and that they thought I had been given sable extensions instead of flat lashes. I was shocked and called to ask for a refund, but they said they don't do treatments that involve touching the skin, that they use flat lashes, and that they could fix it for free without a word of apology, which also shocked me. I wondered if my own eyelashes were damaged and causing the asymmetry, but when I went to another salon, they were perfectly symmetrical, so I realized that this salon's treatment was poor. I will never go there again, and this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. For those considering going there, I recommend only going if you are comfortable with a little asymmetry and don't mind a lack of explanation about the condition of your eyelashes.
