I've been a customer since you opened. I really appreciate how close you are to Shimokitazawa Station. My eyelash perm lasts a long time, and my friends always compliment me on it. I had a Parisian perm and my eyebrows styled. It's been over a week, but the perm is still holding up beautifully. I'm always grateful for how long it lasts. My eyebrows were also beautifully shaped! It was my first time getting my eyebrows done, but they look great afterwards. I'll definitely be back!

初回の接客と仕上がりが良かったので再訪しました。 普通のアパートの一室のため玄関で靴を脱いで受付に行くのですが、遅刻したり混んでいるわけでもないのに(私以外1人しかお客さんいませんでした)靴を脱いでいる段階で受付から名前を聞かれました。 その時点で失礼だなとは思ったのですが、その後も全く目が合わない。施術中声かけがないため目を閉じている状態で突然触られて終始ビクビクしていました。 あと服の生乾きの匂いや、手からなのか口臭なのかわかりませんが食べ物が腐ったような匂いがしていて、顔に触れられたくないと感じましたし、不快すぎて早く終わって欲しいと感じました。そのスタッフさんは髪も結んではいましたがボサボサでした。 最低限の接遇や身だしなみは整えて欲しいです。 残念でした。
