esthetic nail&eyelash NaKid

I've been going to this nail salon for almost 10 years now. They always provide careful and tasteful treatments, so I can leave it to them with peace of mind. Not only do they listen carefully to what I want, but they also incorporate seasonal and trendy ideas into their suggestions, so I'm always very satisfied with the results.

When I was off work, they cut my nails with nail clippers so roughly that even an amateur could see it. I was wrong to say "quite short (just barely short enough)", but my thumb was clearly cut too short and it hurts when I press buttons etc. I should have said something right after the treatment, but I couldn't because I felt like I might have communicated it poorly and also because I felt there was nothing I could do since they had already cut my nails. I've been there a few times and thought the service was great, so every time I look at my nails I feel sad. I'm sorry I ended up writing this...

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and even though it was my first time, I wasn't nervous at all! They gave me a thorough consultation about my eyelashes and curled them beautifully! I'd love to come again♪

I mainly go there for gel manicures on my feet! I always want them done quickly, and they always do a great job, just as I hope! They also have esthetic treatments, and the waxing was good too.
