I often find their tone and way of speaking to be quite forceful, which makes me feel uncomfortable. Their eyelash extension treatment involves lifting the eyelid and applying tape more than other salons, so the liquid stings every time. When I told them it stings a little, they didn't even say sorry, but instead countered by saying they only used water, not a chemical solution. I've been feeling increasingly uncomfortable, so I think I'll stop using their services.
