Honestly, it was a huge disappointment. The customer service was good, but it was just too expensive. Waxing + cut + makeup instruction took a total of 30 minutes for 7,700 yen. Hot Pepper listed it as 1 hour. I deeply regret not going to Anastasia instead. For the same price as a super popular eyebrow salon that's impossible to book, this result is unacceptable. The procedure was sloppy. The waxing was painful. The cleansing and wiping were too strong. They pressed the spoolie brush against my skin repeatedly while combing my eyebrows, which honestly hurt... I received a note saying to be careful of friction after waxing, but they were rubbing it really hard, weren't they? I felt like they should have been most careful immediately after waxing. I also added a makeup lesson (1000 yen), but it was over in about 3 minutes. They only used powder for the finish. Apparently, there are no other options. Hot Pepper didn't mention the finishing method, but I wonder if it's listed on other platforms. I didn't know what to do with the inner corners of my eyebrows, but they just told me to try it based on the photos! I opted for a lecture because I wanted to learn things like how to use a brush, how to pick up eyebrow powder, the order in which to apply it, and which of the three eyebrow powder colors would give a nice finish. However, all I got was a request to decide on the line around my nose. They said we'd decide together while chatting, but... I wish they'd asked what I usually use and what kind of look I wanted. I won't be returning. What was the point of the lecture? I'd even like a refund. There are many positive reviews, but... I've been to eyebrow salons several times before and wasn't satisfied. I also want to use eyebrow mascara and pencils. Those who want to learn detailed eyebrow makeup techniques will likely be disappointed. Please be careful if you're considering going. Some salons become less attentive to repeat customers, but here, from my very first visit until now, they've always been incredibly thorough, checking the condition of my eyelashes and the longevity of my perm each time, so I feel completely at ease going there. I have quite heavy eyelids, with a significant difference between my left and right eyes (one hooded eyelid and the other almost single eyelid), making the treatment challenging, but I'm always satisfied with the results. The salon is conveniently located right near the station, which is another reason I recommend it.

Initially, I was worried that facial waxing might be bad for my skin or painful, but my skin has become beautiful, it's almost painless, and I always fall asleep during the treatment! The location is also convenient, close to the station, and it's a relaxing place where you can feel a pleasant breeze in the summer and a warm space in the winter.
