I suggested changing the appointment time, but the person in charge was off at the time and couldn't treat me. Changing the time was fine. They contacted me last time and asked if it was okay because the person before me finished early, and I thought it might be okay at the time, but I don't think they would be unable to treat me on the day. Now I'm starting to wonder if they changed the time because they wanted to get home early. The person on the phone also didn't seem sincere at all, even though it was the store's circumstances that made it impossible to treat me. If you're afraid of the store canceling on you at the last minute, it's best to avoid them. It would be terrible if they canceled on you on Hot Pepper because it was for your own convenience. Please don't do it.

My lashes are beautifully curled again this time! I thought the lash perm from last month was still holding up well, but this morning when I applied mascara, it went on so easily! The staff are all incredibly skilled, which is reassuring. Thank you so much as always!

I'm very satisfied with the consistently excellent technique this time as well. Before the procedure, they carefully discussed what kind of result I wanted. This time, when they removed my false eyelashes, some of my natural lashes also came off with a tingling sensation 😭, leaving them sparse, so they suggested using a slightly smaller rod, which I agreed to, and they did exactly as I wanted! The salon is clean, and the chairs are plush and comfortable, making for a pleasant experience.

At this salon, every person I work with always gives a beautiful finish. I asked for a curl, and they always listen to the details of the design and finish without complaining about any of my requests. Best of all, it takes about an hour at other salons, but this only takes 30 minutes. I'm always impressed by how quickly they can get a beautiful finish, and what's more, it lasts better than other salons! My lashes stay curled for a month. I think I should go back soon, but it's about a month and a half to two months later. Thank you so much as always😭

I had my second eyelash perm treatment. The salon has a clean and neat design, and the chairs are luxurious and comfortable, making the treatment very pleasant. I was very satisfied with the results, both the first and second times. The atmosphere made it easy to express my requests for next time, which I appreciate. They also offer early morning appointments starting at 9 AM, which is very helpful as I can fit it into my work schedule. While results may vary from person to person, the curl lasted for over a month since my last treatment, so I'm very happy with their skill.
