This was my first time getting colored eyelash extensions, and I'm very happy with the result; the color combination is beautiful. However, I was a little disappointed with the customer service. My booked service was 6,800 yen, but at the end of the treatment, I was told, "LED extensions would cost 12,000 yen." If the price difference is significant, I would have appreciated being informed before the treatment. Also, during the treatment, I was repeatedly told things like, "LED extensions would have been better," and "LED extensions would have been even better..." which made me feel like I was being pressured into buying something. Furthermore, the reception staff were talking loudly during the treatment, which didn't create a relaxing atmosphere. A quieter environment would be much appreciated. While I'm satisfied with the results, I think improving the customer service and the timing of explanations would make the experience even more pleasant.

For the past few years, I've felt that eyelash extensions no longer suited me due to my age, so I visited this salon again after a long time. During my visit, I received advice on design, the current condition of my eyelashes, and post-extension care. I'm extremely satisfied with the results! It really lifted my spirits, and I was very happy. The previous extensions lasted very well, and this time, if my natural lashes hadn't grown so much, I might only need a touch-up. I will definitely be using your services again in the future. Thank you very much.

This was my second visit. The staff member and the overall atmosphere of the shop were both great. I was able to receive treatment in a quiet and relaxed environment, so I requested the same treatment this time. If I had to nitpick, I think it would be even better if the pricing, although varying from person to person, were displayed more clearly, even if it was just a rough outline. I think it would be easier for first-time customers to understand.

I was so satisfied with the results last time that I came back for more. They carefully consulted with me about the length, number of lashes, and overall look, and I was amazed by their skill and expertise. This time I tried dark mocha. Compared to black, it looks more natural, and even the hairdresser I went to after the extensions complimented me on how well it matched my hair color.

The salon had a bright atmosphere, and the technician who performed the treatment was calm and made me feel relaxed. The result was exactly as I had requested. I think I've found a great salon since moving here. If I can confirm that the extensions last a long time, I'll definitely be going back to this eyelash extension salon.
