The bottom half was disastrous. The top half was okay, but the bottom half was terrible. Be careful, as Hot Pepper only has positive reviews. They even got the menu wrong. This is the first time I've ever written a review like this. I'm never going back.

They seem to just want to get the numbers done, lacking skill, providing terrible customer service, and working in an unsanitary environment. I was hoping the finished product would be good, but it was a complete disaster. I was shocked. And they're even allowed to open a shop like this?

Since the staff is working alone and accepting multiple customers at the same time, they seem busy and it's unpleasant. The salon is in one room and is small, so you can't enter unless you arrive five minutes before, but when I made a reservation through Hot Pepper, they waited in front of the entrance and even though I actually entered five minutes early, they changed the menu and canceled the treatment without my permission, saying I was late, and didn't give me any points. Apparently, the treatment doesn't use eye tape, but for people with single eyelids, it only lifts the lashes that stick out from the eyelid, so my lashes look really short and the inner and outer corners of my eyes didn't lift at all. I asked for a treatment without curling, but it ended up with a curled design and my eyes sting terribly, it was awful. I added the optional black tint as a final touch, but it made no difference.

My eyelashes didn't curl at all. It might have been cheap, but I wish I hadn't done it. This is the worst I've ever experienced.

The ends of my hair were frizzy, the roots were crooked, and the ends were all pointing in different directions. There was almost no consultation or suggestions. Besides, their voice was so quiet I could barely understand what they were saying. I only looked at Hot Pepper reviews when I made the reservation, but after the appointment I checked Google reviews and it all made sense.
