Visited today for a lash perm and I love it! The staff are really sweet and were very accommodating even though they don’t speak English. I was able to explain what I wanted through translate and I’m really happy with the results, thank you!

I got a reservation through an app called “Minimo” as a practice model, which means I got the perm for free😁 (plus, I got to choose what type of perm I wanted to have) Good staff, clean place, overall experience is 9/10!!! It was my first time getting a perm so I was pretty nervous but the procedure went smoothly. It would’ve been better if the staff would’ve said smth when she comes back to reapply smth to my lashes since my eyes were closed the whole time. Would definitely come back again after the perm fades away!!!

My Japanese is not good, but the staff was very patient and considerate trying to explain everything to me with simple words. The lash perm was very fast and I was very satisfied with the result. Lovely experience. 🥰Thank you very much!

I had my eyelashes permed, but it seems like my lower left eyelashes got caught and are now frizzy. The curl is also uneven. I had a terrible experience at their Shibuya branch where my upper eyelashes were frizzy and I received awful service, so I went to this branch without realizing it was part of the same chain. All of these branches are really spacious, but are they really understaffed...?

It's about what you'd expect for the price. The consultation and the finished result were sloppy; I'd rather not have gone at all.
