It's been a while since I last got my lashes permed, but it's definitely much better than doing it myself. They did a fantastic job again this time.

I used to go to the Akihabara branch, but I switched to this one because it's closer, and I've been here over 20 times. It's a little disappointing that the staff changes frequently, but everyone I've been with has done a great job, and I've found a perm that suits me. It lasts for over a month, and the treatment only takes less than an hour, so I definitely want to keep coming back!

This was my first time using this service, and it was incredibly stressful on my eyes (though not stinging). The shop's lights were so bright that my eyes got tired even with them closed. The finished result was rough and stiff. The staff's customer service wasn't great either, and I regretted choosing this shop even before the treatment started, but I didn't want to cancel on the spot as it would have been a waste of money, so I stuck with it. However, in the future, if I feel uneasy about a place, I'll pay the cancellation fee and cancel.
