Came in for the first time special 2700 yen and it was AMAZING! I forgot to get the tech’s name but she was very patient with me and my limited Japanese. The waiver was not in English but I used my Google translate to answer. Super simple questions. The whole process took about 55 minutes. Highly recommend and my lashes look so so good. This is on the second floor, hole in the wall building.
