Had a great experience here! I got eyelash extensions almost a month ago and I am amazed that they have stayed on with very few falling off over time. When I get my extensions in New York, they tend to fall off much quicker and are usually very sparse by this time. Although I had to speak English and use a translation app, my technician was super patient with me. I walked in because I scheduled a photoshoot for the following day and wanted to refresh my 2-week old extensions which were already very uneven. She was clear in the pricing and options, provided her professional opinion and also worked very quickly. Only complaint is that the glue used seemed to make my eyes water a lot, but this was temporary and went away within 20 minutes. The tearing did not affect the integrity of the adhesive, which was very strong. The price is extremely reasonable (a fraction of what I would pay in NY). Will definitely come back next time I am in Ginza and would love to try their other services such as eyebrow grooming and tinting. Thank you for the great hospitality and service!
