This was my first visit, but I will never go back. (It's possible I just got a bad stylist.) First, I told them I wanted a design that was horizontally elongated to avoid vertical length, and requested J-curl extensions. However, the curl was incredibly strong, not at all like a J-curl. And it was very vertically elongated. I was shocked because it was completely different from the design I showed them. Moreover, there were definitely not 120 extensions; it was very sparse. When I called to ask if they could redo it or give me a refund because an extension got in my eye and hurt, and the design was so different, they stubbornly refused and didn't even offer a proper apology! It was the most disappointing salon I've ever been to, both in terms of customer service and technical skill! I'm sad because I paid a lot of money for this. I know others have had the same experience, so I hope no one else has to go through this.

I go there every month, and I'm so glad I found this salon; they create the perfect design for me, and the results last a long time. The initial consultation is very thorough, so I can confidently recommend it even to people who don't know much about eyelashes. If you want Korean-style eyelashes, you should definitely check it out.
