I feel very disappointed at the end of the session they charge me 3.000 extra for being a foreigner, (she said 3.000 per translator when she didn’t even speak English) they are not perfectionist with the details for the price and extra price they charge it’s not worth it , I have to ask four times to fix my nails because it was left with glues excess and with obvious slits, if you’re tourist please avoid this place it’s not worth it because the discomfort and bad time that happens, something like this never happened to me in Japan before or anywhere

Went with my mom for the first time ever, the artist was very gentle and friendly, good value for money and the results were incredible and beautifully done. If you are a tourist (like me) it is very close to Ueno station. Highly recommend it for tourists, first timers and People who want simple designs.

I came with my daughter during our trip to Japan. Tried a few nail salons but it was very difficult to make an appointment. Finally managed through our hotel assistance, called in Monday morning and they accepted both of us immediately. ----, our nail artist was wonderful, explained every step and option (using Google translate), was very delicate and precise. we absolutely LOVED her work and were very happy with the outcome. It's very easy to find, right off the Ueno Station. Great value for money! I highly recommend!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a foreigner, I appreciate the kindness and the patience they have for me. The wonderful lady who assisted me was beyond amazing I have no complains at all. She’s kind, very gentle, and even with the language barrier she tried her best and we had a good laugh. Even with the language barrier she took her time to know my preferences and even gave me post care tips. I am grateful and the place is a gem. Clean and comfy seats too I actually fell asleep.

I've been coming here for eyelashes and nails for over a year now. The treatments are always meticulous, and I look forward to coming every month. Thank you for everything!
