My appointment was canceled without my consent. When I contacted the inquiry number, I learned it was a mistake on the reservation center's part, and they allowed me to reschedule. I wanted to use points from Hot Pepper, but they weren't applied due to their own reasons. Immediately after the treatment, my lashes looked neat due to the coating, but a few days later, the frizz from the middle to the tips of my lashes became severe. Some lashes are noticeably fixed in a sideways position. I've never experienced anything this bad in every aspect, especially after paying for it, and I'm very confused. Since it's still listed as canceled on Hot Pepper, I can't even write a review, which makes me furious. I never want to use their services again.

They responded promptly and courteously. After the waxing, they carefully cooled the affected area, which felt very refreshing.

This is my third visit, and I always feel at ease because they treat me so kindly. Especially during this pandemic, having beautiful eyes makes me feel so good! ✨🥺✨ I think it would be great if the treatment bed were a little wider and more cushioned!
