Very unhappy with the treatment and pricing, obviously I am not a Japanese customer and they charged me 6600 yen for removing my gel nails and nothing else !!! I got robbed literally 😡😡
They have all thee website in english , but they don't want to do the eye lashes because we don't speak Japanese! That is a joke!
They finished the job quickly and beautifully. The conversation was also enjoyable, and the time flew by.
This was my second time getting eyelash extensions, and the staff member explained everything to me in detail, and we discussed which style would suit me best during the procedure, so I felt at ease. I look forward to seeing you again next time.
Lately, eyelash extensions have been coming off in two days, and above all, the communication and attitude of certain staff members has been extremely poor, they get angry, they make appointments and then when they arrive, it's closed, they don't contact me by email, and they don't return calls even during business hours... When I pointed this out, they got angry and said they were sorry.
