Absolutely love my lashes! They look stunning, natural, and last really well. The service was excellent, and the technician was very skilled and friendly.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my experience. I showed a reference photo and clearly explained the style of lashes I wanted, but the final result looked very different from what I requested. When I raised my concerns, I did not feel that a satisfactory solution was offered. I understand that lash results can vary, but I booked this appointment expecting a look similar to what was discussed beforehand. For the amount paid, I don’t feel I received the service I asked for. Based on my experience, I would not return and would encourage others to make sure they discuss expectations thoroughly before booking.

I've been seeing Annie for my eyelashes, brows, and nails, and she is truly skilled at what she does. She's patient, listens carefully to what you want, and takes great care in her work. She's always available and maintains a clean environment. I'm always pleased with the results, and I even recommended her to my sister, who also really liked Annie’s service. On top of everything, she's really kind. Will continue to recommend her service to others!
