I just got the Hybrid Set eyelashes at Prime Lash today, 😍 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The service was incredibly fast, and my lash tech had such a gentle touch—she made me feel so comfortable the whole time. Not only did I leave with gorgeous lashes 🫶🏻, but I also got a fresh set of nails, all done in just a couple of hours! The whole experience was so fun and relaxing, and I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend Prime Lash! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got my lashes done a month ago and they’ve held up so well. I’ve been swimming, attending events where they add even more lashes to my eyes, and just living life, and to this day, my lashes are still looking amazing. I’ve even received a lot of compliments on how natural and fitting they are for me. Absolutely love this lash salon! The lashes are super lightweight, and I barely feel them at all. They look so natural but still give that perfect volume. The whole experience was relaxing, and the staff was really friendly. Definitely coming back!

Disappointing Experience at Prime Lash in General Rating: 1/5 We recently visited Prime Lash Recto Branch, but unfortunately, our experience was ruined by poor communication and disorganization. Today, we attempted to book an appointment through their Facebook page at 2 pm, but received no response. We then visited their website to book, providing our contact details. Despite this, we didn't receive any confirmation or updates. We arrived at 4:45 pm for our scheduled 4:20 pm appointment, only to find that the lash technician had accommodated a walk-in client instead. The technician claimed she hadn't received our booking details to contact us and she decided to ask permission for the admin and the admin had approved the walk-in. Regrettably, Prime Lash’s communication led us to cancel our appointment and depart without receiving services. Until these issues are addressed, we cannot recommend Prime Lash Recto Branch.
