I've been coming here for about six months now and honestly it's become my little ritual before anything important. Booked in for a gel manicure and the classic pedicure combo last weekend and walked out feeling completely put together. My technician was Lucy, she took her time asking what shape and length I actually wanted instead of just assuming, which I really appreciated. The prep work was thorough without being rushed, and she didn't nick my cuticles once (if you've had bad experiences elsewhere, you know how much that matters). The colour I chose looked patchy on the swatch but she warned me it might need a third coat and just did it without making me feel like I was being difficult. The salon itself is clean and smells much better than most, good ventilation. They offer complimentary tea while you wait and the massage chairs for pedicures are genuinely comfortable. Pricing is fair for the quality; I've paid more at places that were worse. Three weeks later and not a single chip. Already booked my next appointment.

Never coming back to this place the did a builder nail on my natural nails no removed anything no even manicure on me and the charge me 65 for a no good job! My nails don’t have shape , have all the glue on it and in one you can see my natural nail no properly cover and scratch horrible horrible place! If I will pay that at least need to do a good job! Up was my first review about the salon didn’t wanted to go into detail but with that answer!! first no one told me the price and is no becase is 65 is for the bad job you did on my nails on the cuticle are on pain and yes was on my natural nail so I ask the girl to shape it to look good no just to leave it as it is and she did something or nothing!!! and is no a bit of glue under my nail is a lot that I have to take it out because was stick to my skin Because when the girl was doing my nail I told her that it was burning on my skin when I put my hand on the uv light that I have to take it out for the pain and when she saw me just laugh so that’s no normal I do my nail for more than 15 years and never have this problem so is no the price is the price for the job! And the quality of the nail polish that as soon as you leave the salon your nail is pilling from the top! So don’t try to make it look that is just because of the price and try to fix this real problems you have on your salon as I can see all the bad reviews leave it and yes a friend told me a salon there so I will ask her again and I hope I did the mistake thinking was this salon and maybe was another one! So be real with your clients no just try to make all of this as a price range for a bad service!

Had such a bad experience. I did soft gel extension and i have stiff hands because of using laptop all day. Never had I ever gotten a cut due to my hands being stiff however side skin of my nail was cut by the tool used to buffer the nail. I told the staff this and she said that when my customers hands are stiff I always cut it. I have had my nails done several times but this is my first time I have had such an experience. No apology but a justification for cutting. I prefer shorter nail although I get soft gel but the staff said I cant go shorter which is so bizarre. Poor service and simply unprofessional. Would never recommend.

Wow!! Honestly, it is not my first time here. Usually I come in just for a simple shellac pedicure which I am always happy with, but today I came in for something different and was VERY impressed. They must’ve had a change of employees due to some reviews talking about bad customer service, as my experience was nothing like that! The nail technicians were friendly and very receptive to any requests. Today, I got acrylic infill (plus requesting to change the nail shape from the original square to almond) and nail art done in an hour! Very quick, professional and talented, I will definitely be coming here again! Thank you so much 🖤🌸💅🏼

I always get my lash lifts and nails done here. Lucy and the girls are meticulous and always try to match what you want. The lash lifts are always done with attention to detail and care. My nails always feel so nice and last for a long time. I couldn’t recommend this place more.
