Average waxing experience. The lady was very friendly, however, I left with several areas of my leg unwaxed. Usually, wherever I go, whatever hair is left behind, they will go back with tweezers to finish the job. Not here. I probably won’t be up coming back, but if you are in a rush, they do an ok job.

Such a wonderful experience, I was able to get a walk in appointment to get my eyebrows done. There was accommodating space for my pram too! Thank you Micha Lash & Brow!

I recently had my eyebrows waxed here and unfortunately experienced a skin lift/burn above my brow during the service. The top layer of skin was removed, leaving the area raw and irritated. I understand that waxing can sometimes cause sensitivity, however this was more than just mild redness and has been quite uncomfortable. I’m very disappointed with the outcome, especially given I had an important event the following day. I hope the salon can review their technique and procedures to prevent this happening to others.

The eyebrow shape is nice, but on my most recent visit the technician did not wash her hands with soap before touching my skin (only water). Then, during the wax, she rubbed her fingers quite a lot across my forehead. I was quite uncomfortable from both the pressure of her fingers and the hygiene issue. It’s been two days and I am breaking out a LOT in that area, which is really uncommon for me. I’m upset and won’t be coming back.
