Updating my review after my first visit for my lashes and eyebrows! I genuinely feel so beautiful. My eyebrows are naturally very blonde and quite thin, but she transformed them into brows that look full, soft, and perfectly suited to my face shape. The difference is amazing while still looking natural. As it was my first time having my lashes and brows professionally done, I trusted her to choose what would suit my face best, and I'm so glad I did. She took the time to create a look that enhances my natural features rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, and the results exceeded my expectations. The whole appointment was also such a peaceful and relaxing experience. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and beautiful. I couldn't recommend her more!

I had a great experience here. Jenni is warm, welcoming and genuinely lovely. Her technique is professional, highly skilled, and she takes great care in her work. I had a brow lamination and lash tint and am so happy with the results. Everything was explained clearly, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. The location is also perfect – situated on a leafy city street where you can actually find parking. If not, it’s only a minute’s walk from the Broadway car park, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Jenni and will definitely be returning.

I visited this place for a lash lift and had an amazing experience. Jennie was absolutely wonderful — she did a fantastic job with my eyelashes. She chose a medium curl that was not too strong or too subtle, and it turned out to be the perfect choice for me. I love how natural my eyes look now. Highly recommend Jennie and this place!⭐️

Jennie is an outstanding lash tech, ensured my comfortability continuously throughout the whole process. She was very communicative and helpful with advising what lash styles suit my eye shape and was so gentle yet efficient with her work that I didn’t even feel her touching my lashes or applying product + with the relaxing music I nearly fell asleep! Will definitely be back soon for another appointment❣️

I had the best experience at Lumi Lash & Brow! I got nano stroke brows done with Jennie and I’m honestly beyond happy with the result. I was quite nervous at the beginning, but she made me feel so comfortable right away – the whole atmosphere was calm and welcoming. She took her time to carefully map out the shape beforehand and really listened to what I wanted. The result is absolutely amazing – my brows look so natural, I’m actually obsessed!
