I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this lash and brow salon in Chatswood, and unfortunately the pattern of inconsistent service and poor communication continues. Most recently, I walked in at 2:30pm on Monday 16th February for eyebrow threading and was told they couldn’t accommodate me because others were waiting. I completely understand that walk-ins depend on availability — that’s not the issue. The issue was the response when I asked how long the wait would be. I was simply told, “I don’t know,” with no estimate or attempt to assist. The staff working that day were rude and dismissive, which made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. I offered to return at 4:30pm due to a meeting, but was told they could only do 3:45pm — and that I had to book that exact slot online. This was despite there being no visible bookings online and only two walk-ins waiting before me. When I checked the website, all time slots — including 4:30pm — showed as available. Yet they still refused to accommodate that time. The lack of logic and flexibility was frustrating. On another occasion, the store was advertised as closing at 6pm, but when I arrived at 4:30pm it was already shut. I’ve also previously called to book a 4:45pm appointment and was told they couldn’t take me because they needed to close the shop. If your listed closing time is 6pm, customers should reasonably expect to be able to book appointments up until that time. Closing procedures should not override advertised trading hours. To be fair, some of the staff at the salon are genuinely skilled and helpful. However, the inconsistent communication, unclear policies, and dismissive attitude from certain staff members make it very difficult to rely on this business. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements clearer policies and better customer service standards moving forward. Update: (response to business ) Thank you for your response. My review reflects factual experiences regarding inconsistent trading hours, refusal to provide a wait estimate, and contradictory booking availability. Framing honest customer feedback as creating a “negative environment” avoids addressing the actual concerns raised. The image was posted purely to indicate how full the store was at the time. No staff were identifiable in the original context. Nonetheless, I have covered the staff member. The image will remain as it accurately reflects the situation described. There is no need to advise me to seek services elsewhere, as I would not be returning regardless. My review was simply to give other customers a heads up about the experience they may face, particularly around communication and closing times. Transparency and consistency with advertised hours are reasonable expectations from any service provider.

I have been a customer for quite a while. Unfortunately, I just wanted to come in quickly to book in for an eyelash tint, eyebrow tidy, and eyebrow tint. 2 ladies were threading. I spoke to one lady. The lady was in the middle of threading and wanted me to wait till she finished. I just wanted to make a quick booking and go which would take a minute. She asked me to write all my details down on a piece of paper. I am not in school. Where is customer service??? As a result, I immediately left, walked into another salon and made a booking with no problems. I will not be back due to the very poor service.

I regularly visit here to get my threading done, I book with Priti if she’s available that day. I have visited so many different places over the years and Priti is the best person for threading that I have come across. She’s meticulous and skillful so it’s pain free and she is always thorough, never rushing. I have seen a couple of the other therapists here for threading too and had a good experience with them too.

Come visit this clinic today 3pm (walk-in). Thanks to the staff who helped me today with waxing underarm & eyebrow threading although I didn’t make booking (and I forgot to ask the staff name). I am so satisfied with the result. The staff is so friendly and I am so satisfied with the result. The waxing room is also clean and comfortable. Although it’s my first time here, it left a good impression for me. Now I know where to tidy up my eyebrow.

Amazing eyebrow threading! The staff were professional, gentle, and my brows look perfect. Highly recommend this place. Reasonable price I was a walk in client and didn’t have to wait long.
