I honestly can't recommend this place enough! From start to finish, the service was exceptional. The appointment was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep, and instead of waking me, she quietly continued working and even whispered whenever she needed to speak so she wouldn't disturb me. It was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel incredibly calming. What impressed me even more was her attention to detail and integrity. The next day, she personally reached out after noticing a very slight issue with my lashes. I hadn't even noticed or contacted her about it, but she asked if I could pop back in for just 10 minutes so she could fix it free of charge. She was also incredibly flexible with finding a time that worked for me, which I really appreciated. All of the staff were friendly, professional, considerate, and genuinely cares about the quality of their work and their clients' experience. It's rare to find a place that goes above and beyond like this. I'll definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful lashes and brows with outstanding customer service!

So happy with the service with Laila. First time doing lash lift and Kaede has done such amazing job! It was gorgeous and make me look so effortlessly pretty. Lash lift lasts around 1 hour and I felt so comfy falling asleep while she did my lashes. One nap, and then beautiful. 👌👌 So good! Will definitely go back again.
