Julia arranged to meet me after hours then never showed up or contacted me. She later ghosted me and then blocked me when I very politely tried following up. The whole ordeal has been really hurtful to me. Julia's behaviour is deplorable, and she should really reflect on how she treats other people.

I’ve been going to this lash lady for a while now, honestly never disappoints!! She’s the most welcoming kindest lady ever. Very soft hands always patient with me. Will continue to go here forever. Thank you Julia for making me feel special all the time

Julia is amazing, friendly and always accomodating to your requests! I’ve tried several lash salons over the years but she is by far the best and definitely affordable. I always get beautiful compliments and would not hesitate to recommend to anybody! 🩷

Terrible. Hard to book with and so bad at replying when I attempted to book for family members. She stated she could do lash lifts and gave pricing then would consistently leave me on read or ignored and when I asked again after days of back and forth of being ignored she said she only did it on people who got their brows done as well so when I asked how much for that she left me on read again. This is extremely rude and poor customer service. Obviously the other reviews left on her business must be family and friends because get customer service is atrocious and so rude.
