I recently got lash extensions done and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The service felt rushed from the beginning, and it showed in the final result. The lashes were not properly attached from the base, which made them look uneven and poorly applied. Within just three days, I noticed several lashes starting to hang loosely, and by day five, they fell off in clumps. I then notified the owner at day 5 and was met with very disappointing reply that she would give me discount for refill. This is far from what I expected in terms of quality and longevity. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this service based on my experience.

Absolutely love this place! My lashes have never looked better. Sue is friendly, professional, and super talented. Her salon is clean, relaxing, and always a great experience. Highly recommend!

Horrible customer service, I wish I could give her a 0 star. Doesn't outline her overall policy, including her cancellation policy and deposit policy. Tried to book with her and was passive aggressive from the start, paid the deposit of $20 (should've been $10) and I wanted to refund it to cancel my appointment, as I am going overseas for an extended amount of time. She said I couldn't refund it and said that I can just move my appointment. Ended up keeping my money, hope you enjoy stealing money from 16 year olds.
