Eyelash by Lucy

i have been seeing Lucy for my eyelash extensions for 4 years now and i absolutely LOVE LOVE my lashes each time i come back. She always does an amazing job and her prices are very cheap compared to other lash places. Her studio is beautifully decked out with plants too so it just makes that experience so much better when I'm there for me time. i strongly recommend Lucy and would never go anywhere else! :)

Absolutely love how she does my lashes! So lightweight and the process is so smooth with her as she is very gently and thorough. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Have been going to Lucy for 6 years now! Always pleased with the results every time. My eyelashes haven't been damaged and they don’t look gluey, she is also very quick. Best eyelashes experience I've had.

I wish I could recommend Lucy but it wasn’t a good experience. Maybe she’s good at extensions but I went there for a lash lift (of which I’ve had many) after my regular place was unavailable and it took over 2 hours (would usually be 50 minutes tops). At first the lift failed which she blamed on the quality of my eyelashes, she made several mistakes and after everything still insisted I pay full price with no apologies even though she had admitted they weren’t curled correctly. She said I could come back and she’d fix it next week but refused to let me pay less. She charged $100 (without a tint) which is higher than I’m used to. Everyone makes mistakes but the poor communication and acknowledgement of them means I don’t want to go back.

Lucy is amazing! I have been seeing her for 5 years and after trying many other places no one does lashes which last as long or look as good. Prices are really reasonable too. Highly recommend!
