I booked the Signature Head Spa as a relaxing treat, but unfortunately it was one of the worst salon experiences I have had. There was confusion with my booking from the moment I arrived, there was delays before starting then multiple issues throughout the treatment because of this, what was advertised as a 60-minute treatment ended up being a 2-hour uncomfortable experience. The complimentary gel toes were done while my hair was being washed, including the use of an electric nail file while I was lying down wearing an eye mask and unable to see what was happening. I found this extremely uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. After the appointment, I noticed cuts around my toes. Before the treatment, I carefully selected a dark burgundy gel polish, checking both the bottle and shade number. When I removed my eye mask at the end of the head spa, I discovered my toes had been painted a completely different bright red colour without anyone asking me if I wanted to choose an alternative. The hair drying process was equally poor. Despite repeatedly asking for a hairbrush before my wet hair was blow-dried, a small comb was dragged through my tangled hair, which was painful. They refused to brush my hair before attempting to dry it, making it knotty and matted and therefore very painful when they proceeded to drag a small comb through my hair. I left with my hair still wet at the roots and had to finish drying and brushing it myself at home. I raised my concerns directly with the salon before posting this review in the hope they would resolve the matter professionally. Instead, my complaint was dismissed, many aspects of my experience were disputed, and after I responded with evidence addressing those points, I received no further reply. This experience was uncomfortable, poorly organised and far from the relaxing treatment that was advertised. I would never return or recommend this service.

Such a relaxing and amazing Head Spa experience! 💆🏻‍♀️✨ The water therapy, scalp treatment, and full-body massage left me feeling refreshed and completely relaxed. My hair felt so soft and my scalp felt amazing after. Beautiful service, premium products, and the perfect little self-care escape in the city. Highly recommend! 🤍

this is my new salon!!!! I love my nails, they are very gentle but very thorough with preparing the skin to ensure longevity of the nails. The staff are all extremely friendly and the venue is clean and very peaceful. Their products are very high quality and artists are well trained to provide your vision. My nails are beautiful, i will come back.
