I had the Anime Volume Set with Bottom Lashes at Cocolash Beauty, and I'm absolutely in love with the results! The lashes are fluffy, dramatic , and exactly the anime look I was hoping for. The bottom lashes made such a big difference and completed the whole look beautifully. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Cocolash Beauty!

I had the LED NF lash extension done at Cocolash & Beauty by Sophie, and I’m honestly impressed with how light and long-lasting it is! The LED system made the whole process faster and safer, and my lashes look beautifully full yet natural. No irritation at all, and the retention has been amazing so far. Sophie was very gentle and detail-oriented — I could tell she really cares about her clients. Highly recommend this place if you want perfect lashes that last!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Parramatta lash salon. The lash removal process was extremely rough and painful. It genuinely felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out one by one, and my eyes were watering the entire time. Lash removal should never feel like that. I also clearly showed the technician the style I wanted, but the final result looked completely different. The lashes were extremely heavy, very unnatural looking, and clumped together. They felt uncomfortable, blocked my vision, and were so heavy that I couldn’t tolerate them. I ended up removing them almost immediately after the appointment. When another lash technician helped remove them, she pointed out that there was a lot of excess glue and multiple lashes were stuck together, which indicates poor application. The salon environment also did not appear very clean, which added to the overall negative experience. On top of that, photos of my eyes were taken without asking for my permission, which made me very uncomfortable. Overall this was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this place. I don’t know what about other locations but that was in parramatta. Be careful with them
