I had the LED Wispy Lashes done and I'm so happy with the results! They look beautiful, lightweight and exactly what I wanted. I also had an eyebrow wax, and it was done perfectly with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Highly recommend this salon, and I'll definitely be coming back!

I’m not one to write bad reviews on a small business. I booked in for classic lashes online. I came in for the treatment and had a consult. The lady set me all up and started lashing me, once she got a few in, she then proceeded to tell me that don’t do classic lash infills and asked if I wanted to stop which I did. As no other lash tech would infill someone else’s lashes and also, why would they do classic lashes but not infills? She refunded my money without an issue but I still had to pay for parking and I left work early to attend this appointment. I thought this was really unprofessional and super annoying. I’m out of pocket and also wasted my whole morning 🤦🏽‍♀️ UPDATE** In response to your reply, when I made my booking, I did not see anything stating that classic infills were not accepted. If that information is now displayed more clearly, that's great, thanks for updating it for other people to see now. I also want to clarify that I was "not" told before any service was performed. I had already been consulted, laid down, had bond applied to my lashes, and several lash extensions were placed before I was informed that you don't perform classic infills on existing sets. Those lashes then had to be removed. The refund was appreciated, but it doesn't change the fact that I took time off work, paid for parking, travelled to the appointment, and left without the service I booked. That's why I found the experience frustrating and unprofessional. I also genuinely don't understand the policy. If your clinic offers classic lash applications, it's unusual not to offer classic infills or to advise clients of that only after the appointment has already begun.

I’ve had my lash lifts done here and other places but I can confidently say that I’ll only choose to go to Coco Lash Burwood for my lash lifts. I’m always pleasantly surprised at how long my lashes stay lifted, even after many weeks! The team are very detail oriented and gentle. They are also very patient at answering my aftercare questions.
