Browline & lashes-Spring street

I was really impressed with Browline & Lashes on Spring Street. She is clearly very skilled at eyebrow threading and comes across as a real artist in her trade. She was not overly talkative, which I actually preferred, as it felt like she was putting full concentration into the job. The attention to detail was excellent and the final result showed real care and precision. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

They regularly checked in with me and made sure I was happy with the service. Their care, dedication, and excellent customer service truly stood out. Prachi is incredible! She is so passionate about what she does and really cares for the people who come in her services, I have very high anxiety and for some reason I find myself shaking when I get my lashes done my lash techs make it obvious that I annoy them with how much I shake but this is the first time I’ve felt comfortable in an environment. Any lash tech has made me feel uncomfortable due to how much I shake but Prachi is so patient and makes me feel so comfortable. This is the first time I’ve felt someone who understands I can’t help my shakes yet before her eyelash artist would make it obvious my eye twitching ear annoying. I went straight to get my makeup done at Mecca in Bondi and all the artist complimented my lashes and I am so grateful I found Prachi. Thank you Prachi for making me feel so safe in your space! Couldn’t recommend this place enough 💕

Prachi Saini consistently does a great job with my eyebrows. She has a great eye for shape and detail, and the results are always natural and well-finished. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled brow artist.

I've been seeing Prachi for many years for my eyebrows. Anytime I've tried out a different place (not at Browline and Lashes) it has been a huge disappointment. She is the only person I trust to thread my eyebrows. She listens to you, and makes helpful suggestions which you both talk about. I have thick eyebrows and every time she is able to beautifully thread them. This is the only place I will go to.
