Got a Korean lash lift and tint here and my lashes look BEAUTIFUL!! Sarah did my lash lift and she was so good. The lashes on one side did drop in the first 24hours and I went in to see if it could be fixed - the team were so kind and accommodating and managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday morning. Did not get the name of the lash tech that redid my lift but she was also really efficient and lovely. Very happy with the service I received from these guys, will definitely be back :)

I came in as a first time client booked a Korean brow lamination and tint My eyebrows were not mapped out to be the same shape I asked why and was told that she didn’t need to I seen a tech by the name of Jasmine I asked for dark brown. I was given medium brown instead and have come home. My appointment was at 10:30. I’m making this review at 2 pm and they almost look yellow. I will never be coming back to that particular salon and honestly the chair was so uncomfortable. It was unscrewed from the base was constantly wobbly. I was not given a luxury experience for $140 brows Do better and train your staff better

Absolutely disappointing. The work was careless, poorly executed, and looked unprofessional from start to finish. I paid a premium price expecting qualified professionals and quality results, but what I received was the complete opposite… As someone who works in the beauty industry, I was genuinely shocked by the lack of technique, attention to detail, and overall standard of the service. The result was far below what should be considered acceptable for a professional brow lamination. I would never recommend this place to a friend. In fact, the only people I would recommend it to would be my enemies. That’s how disappointed I am with the experience. The staff need significantly more training and qualification. At the level of service currently being provided, this business should seriously reconsider its standards and invest in proper education before charging premium prices. A truly embarrassing result for a professional beauty service

Absolutely amazing! Sarah was magical and she did a fantastic job on my lash lift. She is incredibly attentive and gentle. Please pass on my feedback to her- she did such a fantastic job truly :) will be coming back for sure

Underwent a lash lift and brow lamination. Neither worked and my brows have been set in multiple different directions…! Apparently the products used were faulty and the company were aware that the products were faulty and yet used them anyway. My eyelashes are also falling out. Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and result. Would not recommend or return.
