Had a wonderful experience this afternoon getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my very first eyelash lift. Lily was amazing. Will never let anyone else touch my eyebrows again. Highly recommended ✅

I seen lily 2 months ago. Unfortunately the good reviews do not live up to the experience I had at Browco Warringah Mall. I seen photos of amazing brow work, assuming it was the work of lily (who was the only senior artist and has been there the longest) but it was not the work of lily, instead the good photos were the work of a previous brow artist who has resigned. So with the photos of the good work in my mind I had high expectations, and I am VERY particular when it comes to my brows - additionally I should add I had botox in my forehead that day and had repeatedly asked lily not too wax or touch my brows as I didn’t want to disturb my fresh botox, she insisted they needed a wax and she tried to upsell, eventually I agreed to a light tweeze under my brows.. during my appointment my brows were waxed.. - after my appointment I was met with disappointment, I asked for dark tint cause my hair is dark, tint was not dark (didn’t even look like I had tint on) and my tint was also unsymmetrical.. keep in mind as I said I am VERY particular with my brows.. the week goes by where the tint was starting to fade, now i’m noticing not only was the tint uneven.. my natural eyebrows are uneven!!! they were waxed way too thin (i had very thick natural brows) and they were sooo unsymmetrical. I have spent the last 2 months! driving around wasting my energy and my time going to different brow artists to try to fix my brows, with no luck as my natural shape is totally ruined!! I am very upset and just want to let the public know my experience.. please be mindful to who you are booking, do your research.

I had my half lashes done on the Saturday and was leaving for holiday on the Tuesday. I believed lash extensions will last longer than 6 days. I was very disappointed as was having then especially for my trip. The staff member who did my lashes was very nice.

Horrible Service. Awaiting refund. Lash lift left lashes over-curled to the point of discomfort and pain when now having my eyes open. Tint was not properly removed, caused burning on my lash line. Brow tint was left on excessively, resulting in visible staining and clumping, while the “sculpt” itself was incomplete. Concerns were raised during the appointment however dismissed by the “beauty” therapist Josefa who claims to be a specialist with 6+ years experience. I paid for professional services and left needing to correct them myself. I’ve since contacted head office regarding a refund. Interested to see how this is resolved, as it doesn’t reflect the standard previously experienced.
