I’ve been going to Claudine for a couple of years now, and she never disappoints! My lashes always look amazing, the retention is incredible, and the quality is consistently spot on. She’s so talented and professional—I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes. Highly recommend!
I am honestly blown away with how amazing my brows turned out. Claudine the manager exceeded my expectations and my only regret is not coming to her sooner! I feel so confident without makeup now and my whole face seems more balanced overall as she also corrected the shape. LOVE & HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!
Booked in with Holly at Bondi Junction for a lash lift and tint and she was incredible! She was so precise and gave my lashes the best lift, even though they’re really thick. So happy with the results. Highly recommend Holly!
Great result! Tanya clearly explained the process and after-care, tailoring the treatment to suit my hair type. She was gentle and meticulous and I'm really happy with the outcome.
i came in for a lash lift and tint and i left extremely unhappy. My lash lift was way over curled and my lashes were curling so far back toward my eye ball, like a C shape. They told me my lashes will settle and become more natural and to which 3 weeks later they did not. I was optimistic at first but still embarrassed and unhappy each time i looked in the mirror. I went back after 3 weeks to ask them about my lashes, to which they immediately shared looks to eachother implying the terrible previous job. They took before pictures and offered a free of charge fix up. I did the fix up and they had explained that the previous lady had used the Korean lash strip on my eye, which had a much smaller pad than my long lashes needed. I overheard them explain to the lady what she had done and I heard her reply “since then I have been using M-L pads”. This means that she knew she had messed up and continued to let me pay and leave the store with atrocious lashes. The lady had finished my lashes and when I looked in the mirror my lashes looked damaged and skewed. They were pointing in many directions and so I asked her to fix it, she did, but it was not entirely fixed. I told her I was still unhappy with the array of random lashes everywhere and she explained that they did not want to further damage my lashes, which I understand, yet am still unhappy this happened in the first place. The lady gave me ‘complimentary’ lash oil sachets and a spoolie and said she wouldn’t charge me for this or for the service, as if she were doing me a huge favour. I appreciated the fix up but she made it seem like I was not entitled to have my lashes fixed. They took after pictures and I left. I now, 2 weeks later, still have wonky and damaged lashes. I do appreciate the time spent to attempt to try and fix my lashes, which for the most part was okay, but I am overall very unsatisfied that I know how damaged and brittle lashes.
