First time visiting Alpha Lash and Brow, and Megumi truly did not disappoint! I naturally have quite sensitive eyes and have been reserved in the past with visiting new salons, but Megumi took the time and care to ensure that the experience was absolutely perfect. She is very detailed oriented, kind and recommended the perfect soft lashes which have been absolutely amazing for me. Thank you so much Megumi!

Megumi is hands down the best lash technician I’ve ever been to! Her work is incredibly natural, soft, and flattering, never overdone. She has such an amazing eye for what suits your face and the lashes always look effortless and beautiful. The quality, attention to detail, and retention are all fantastic. I constantly get compliments on my lashes and people never realise they’re extensions. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had my first ever lash lift with Megumi today and I am so happy with the result! She did an amazing job with my very straight, downward-pointing lashes and transformed them into such a beautiful, natural-looking curl. She was incredibly gentle, meticulous, and made the whole experience so comfortable. I’ll definitely be back!

I love how she prioritises care and natural growth with my lashes and brows and recommends what lash style/length that is suitable at each of my lash infills to get my desired outcome.
