I got a lash lift and a brow wax done by Jacquelyn. After a previous bad experience getting a lash lift (at a different salon) Jacquelyn made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my lashes and brows. I am very happy with the result and will be coming back.

I’ve been seeing Lauren for years! She does a fabulous job… I have excellent retention when she does my lashes. she is expert with all waxing services. It is lovely to have someone you can trust completely with your grooming needs.

Clean, professional, convenient and comforting. I scheduled my appointment yesterday morning and was seen the same afternoon. It was my first lash lift and I was nervous. I wish I could remember the name of the gal but she was great! The entire place was clean and relaxing. My tech walked me through every step and when I expressed discomfort with the angle she adjusted my table and made sure I was comfortable and having a good experience. My only regret is that I wish I had added a tint with the lift! I will absolutely be back!

You’ll always come back! I’ve been seeing Lauren at the Redmond location on and off for over 2 years. I’ve ventured away for convenience but quickly realized the extra 10 min. drive to come have her do my lashes is way worth it. She by far has been the best esthetician doing my lashes, brows and all the things. The salon is always clean, calming and everyone has been super friendly.

I get eyelash extensions and eyebrow waxing done by Lauren every 2 weeks, she is great! The place is really cute and clean, and Lauren is super professional! She really takes the time to listen to what you like and don't like, and over time she will develop a perfect routine for you! One time I had an issue with my eye lashes and she let me come in the next day and fixed them perfectly with no charge! This place is definitely worth the money and I really support Lauren.
