I had the best experience with OJ at Lash & Wax in Lynnwood! He did an outstanding job on my lashes — they look flawless, natural, and exactly the style I wanted. OJ is incredibly skilled, gentle, and attentive, making the entire appointment relaxing from start to finish. He took his time to ensure every detail was perfect and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! Highly recommend OJ if you’re looking for beautiful lashes and exceptional service. 🤍✨

Zynia was meticulous and thorough with my lash lift and tint. Money well spent! I was comfortable the whole time, there was no burning, and I love that she doesn’t try to talk to you the whole time. Very professional, friendly and talented.

Never in my life have I had a bad experience with a service provider, EVER, nor have I felt compelled to leave a negative review for ANYONE until today. I genuinely respect business owners with integrity, but I had such a disgusting experience with Carol today. I’ve been here several times, and Zynia is super kind and always does an amazing job on my eyebrows. I actually had them done by her a few days ago and they were perfect, so I'm really bummed that I won't be getting serviced here anymore by her. That day, I asked about their $25 eyelash extension discount because I’m leaving for vacation Friday, and she told me I could call anytime to book Wednesday or Thursday so I called today on a whim. Very big mistake. I met Carol today, who claimed she is the owner. About 30 minutes into my lash appointment while my eyes were taped shut, a man stomped up next to her and angrily yelled, “You took my lashes! Give me back my lashes!” I couldn't see, but from what it seemed like, I believe he snatched something from her hands. She was literally hovering directly over my eyes, and whatever he did caused my chair to jerk. It scared the hell out of me and I was so confused. Carol told him he’d assaulted her, went in the back to argue with him and then called the police. She came back, apologized to me, and then went on a rant about how he is her ex-husband who doesn’t work at the salon but apparently loiters there and even takes lash appointments despite not being an employee. Cool! So there's an angry, unpredictable man in the salon who doesn’t even work there and is taking clients for appointments. The point where I started to get uncomfortable is when Carol then started saying, completely unprompted, things like “He threatens to kill me” and “He’s just going to kill me one day because the cops won’t do anything.” I even told her that what happened was scary and I was afraid he was going to hurt her or me in that moment, to which she replied, "He'd never hurt you, it'd only be me because cops do nothing." I genuinely felt sympathy for her, but I was extremely uncomfortable. I couldn’t see anything happening around me while she was constantly going back and forth between doing my lashes, arguing with him, and talking to the police. The police officer was even asking me questions while my eyes were still taped shut and she was just continuing my service. After the police left, I was alone in the salon with both of them until he finally left about 5 minutes later. I was terrified and honestly just froze until she finished my lashes. I paid the full $285 with my card. I later realized she hadn’t even applied the $25 discount, but I was so nervous I didn’t notice at the time. AFTER I paid, I politely told her that I honestly just felt terrible spending that much money after such a horrible experience and specifically said I wasn’t trying to throw any strays at her. She immediately became agitated and said, “I’m just going to give you back your money, since everything is always my fault.” I repeatedly told her NO, that I wanted to pay her and didn’t want a refund. I apologized and told her I come there all the time. She then said, “And I’m going to ask you not to come back.” I was shocked. She then continued to argue, started screaming “GET THE F*CK OUT!” repeatedly, got in my face, and continued cussing at me. At that point, I felt her completely disproportionate reaction actually warranted a refund so I asked for the refund receipt, but she refused and said she’d email it to me in a few days while continuing to scream at me to leave. I genuinely thought she might attack me, so I left. This entire experience was completely insane and bizarre, and I honestly now hope this business gets shut down. It really sucks for the other normal, stand-up women who work here. The cherry on top is that my lashes weren’t even done well and are already falling out. Absolutely not worth nearly $300. I hope someone holds this lady accountable. I came to relax before I had to pack for my vacation and I left nearly having a panic attack.

The Lash and Wax boutique in Lynnwood deserves the highest rating. Beautiful salon and wonderful people. I was scheduled with Zynia- I was beyond impressed with her skills. Will book with her again, but it’s one of those places where you know anyone you are matched with will be excellent. After a long day, you will love lounging on the brow tables. Beautiful salon
