The Lash & Wax Boutique - Green Lake

I literally love Lash and Wax Boutique. Jacqueline does my lash extensions and she’s the sweetest ever and so good at what she does. My fills always come out exactly how I ask and they look sooo good every time. All the girls there are super nice and the whole place just feels comfortable and welcoming. If you’re thinking about getting lashes done, go here. You won’t regret it.

AVOID THIS PLACE! They overcharge you on purpose!!! I wanted to try this new place since I didn't have many options for booking a last-minute lash appointment, but I deeply regret it. First of all, she was 20 minutes late to our appointment because she was walking her dog. I had somewhere else to be afterward, so I didn’t want to risk being late. Secondly, she left in the middle of the service to do something else. It was incredibly disappointing from a time management standpoint. When I first walked in, she asked me if I was getting a full set, without knowing the exact price range of the service I’d be receiving. I think it's their job to provide clear and honest information, such as “the price will be different, are you okay with that?” Unfortunately, none of this was communicated, and I ended up being charged $350 for a poor job. How am I supposed to know difference of price range between Master vs SR on top of my head as a first time customer? You can see in the photo that my lash lengths don’t even match. I didn’t have enough time to argue at that moment due to my next appointment but for sure never visiting this place again. Highly recommend to avoid this place.

Honestly the best lash experience ever! Jacquelyn is so sweet, friendly, and fun to chat with—I look forward to our appointments because the conversation is just as good as the lashes. And the lashes? Perfect. They look amazing, feel super lightweight, and last way longer than I expected. I’ve gotten tons of compliments and they still look fresh weeks later. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my lashes—this is THE spot. 💕

This place is amazing :) I love my eyelash extensions by my girl Jacquelyn! I have come here for four years!!! The team of girls are amazing and the communication for arranging appointments is flawless.

Had a fantastic experience!!! I believe I saw a gal named Jocelyn, she had beautiful long curly hair. The atmosphere was chill and stress free and I’m in love with my lashes! I got a fill done there and will be back in two weeks. She sold me on some lash cleaner which I’ve never tried before. Also, it was very convenient to make my appointment via text message. Photos taken are 3 days after my appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
