Dine, Sr. Lash stylist is great. I am so glad that I found this place. She took time to explain the process and I have sensitive eyes and they have products to use for this. I love my new lashes!

I am writing this review in hopes the owner will finally see this and reach out. I had a service for a hybrid set on 12/16. I spent almost three hours in their salon and had walked out looking like I was only wearing a little mascara. Within 24 hours about 70% of the lashes installed had fallen out. I called and texted along with photos showing my lashes as well as the fall out (which did not include my natural lash) and was told I could come in for a complimentary fill and discount on my next appointment. I declined as my mom who had a fill the same day was having the same issue. I was also traveling out of town and didn’t want another failed service and to have sparse lashes over my vacation. I decided last minute to schedule an appointment at another salon and when I arrived they told me I had 30% of lash extensions all within 36 hours of getting the service at lash lounge. I requested several times for the owner to contact me regarding a partial or full refund since I was not given the service I had requested. I have been told they will contact me, but still no follow through after 2 weeks. Photos included of fall out as well my lashes after I left. Everyone was very nice at the salon, but unfortunately that doesn’t cover my wasted investment. I will not be returning.

The Lash Lounge Bothell is fantastic. Ellie is a great stylist (I literally fall asleep every time it’s so relaxing) and does exactly what I want (minimal/natural/short) and they last! The front desk is always super helpful and friendly. The location is clean, calm and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Incredible customer service, incredible talent! Alicia is so professional and kind and so quick. I’m obsessed and will be doing a membership. Anna is also awesome and so informative and helpful as well. So excited to have found them!
