My lash technician was professional, detail-oriented, and took the time to understand exactly the look I wanted—the results were beautiful, natural, long-lasting, and earned me so many compliments. The team’s genuine care and attention to detail truly stood out, and I highly recommend Radiant Lash for exceptional lash services and customer care.

So unprofessional always changing schedules!!! And doesn’t even do the job right!! Just wants the money and not do the job correctly. Just lazy don’t get ur lashes done here.

I promise to come back many more times because the quality of service and space here is truly wonderful. Especially during the upcoming festival and Christmas season, this will be the ideal destination for preparing special parties.

I don’t leave bad reviews often, but was very disappointed regarding the owners ability to follow up with me and keep the appointment. I originally scheduled an appointment for Monday, Sept 2. The owner said she was closed, but was willing to reschedule Tuesday at 1 for eyebrow threading and a lip & chin wax. I agreed and planned my day accordingly. I informed the owner 20 mins prior to my appointment that I was running late by 5 mins and received no response. When i arrived, the door was closed and locked. I called three times and texted the owner with no response. I waited for approximately 15 mins for a response before I took my business to Grace Beauty Salon up the road(and I was INCREDIBLY pleased that they not only took walk ins, but also were a FRACTION of the advertised price for this salon). Will not be returning here if the owner evades appointments entirely.
