Absolutely love coming here for my lash lifts! Erika is funny and sweet, which has made every appointment enjoyable. Her studio is super cute and has such a nice, relaxing vibe. She works quickly but never sacrifices quality—my lashes always turn out amazing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone talented and personable!

As a Latina woman I was pretty excited getting my lashes done by another Latina I like supporting my community. Unfortunately, my Experience with Erika was not the best, when I first arrived to my appointment everything was great she’s very sweet made me feel comfortable in her cozy space! Everything was going well until she supposedly “finished “ my lash set. ( I will leave pictures down below of how she left my lashes and what I asked for.) I asked for a classic look. I’m not sure if she wasn’t prepared for me or if she was in a rush because of the other client after me but it is unprofessional to not finish a lash set, when she “finished “ my set she mentioned she needed “25 more minutes “ to finish it and that I had to come back this Friday. I told her in person that I was going to follow up with her regarding coming in this Friday, but the communication with her hasn’t been the best. I texted her this morning to let her know my availability and asked her if she can get me in before Friday , I requested a call which she did call me and said she’s booked for Thursday, which I understand but I’m also a client like everyone else paying you for a service that you didn’t fully provide to me.. in my opinion as a business owner if you knew my lashes aren’t fully done , you’re supposed to get me in quickly as possible to fix the issue, as i mentioned I payed for a service like everyone else. However, after explaining to her my experiences from the past trying to find a lash tech in the downtown area, as I’m new to it i feel overwhelmed now from this experience.. when getting a lash set I never usually have to come back to finish it , I feel scammed in a way because I’m paying for a service I didn’t fully receive and the communication is not there either to ensure me I am being taken care of.. she had told me over the phone she was going to let me know her agenda for Friday, which I had to text her 2 times to make sure she can get in on Friday morning but hasn’t responded. If you’re reading this I hope your experience is better than mines but unfortunately, for me it was not the best as the lash set was not finished.

I am so thoroughly impressed with Erika. I was a little bit early and she invited me right in and let me know the couple spots i could put my things. She has a little box with different specialty lashes like color, glitter, and decals that you can choose from which I thought was so awesome. There’s a charging station for her clients and little candy mints. It was very welcoming. She was very welcoming. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my lashes to fan out and she nailed it. Her bed is curved to fit your body and she had a heating pad if you want. I’m peri-menopausal so I wasn’t trying to sweat more than I already do, but I appreciate all the care, detail, and attention she puts into the experience, and comfort for her clients. I’m from Bremerton and am new to living in Seattle so I’ve been looking for lash services and have been quite picky but I liked the reviews and pictures of her work so I booked and will be rebooking. She’s so nice too and great conversation between me falling asleep throughout. It really was a nice relaxing experience. Some much needed self care!

I’ve been to Erika a few times now and she’s honestly the best! Super kind, professional, and takes her work seriously. She books up fast, so just be patient she’s one person doing her best to fit everyone in. Her space is super clean, which I love, and she’s always so respectful of my comfort. I have a condition that makes it hard to lay still for long, and she’s never made me feel bad about adjusting or needing a break. I also like to chat a bit at the start and end but stay quiet during, and she totally gets that. Just all-around great vibes and amazing work. Highly recommend!

I’ve been getting lash extensions from Erika, and they always look amazing and last so well! She creates such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, which makes every visit feel relaxing. The quality of service is incredible, especially for the price. I usually go for a classic mini fill, which is perfect for me since I prefer a very natural look. Highly recommend, and I’ll go back for sure.
