I am so happy to have found Shiori! She did such an amazing job and was able to fix my damaged bad lash lift I got from a different salon. Not only did she fix my lashes, but she also offered a complimentary lash tint due to my experience with the other place... So sweet!!! She’s super educated and experienced with the work she does and very dedicated. Thank you for everything! Will definitely be coming back for my Lash Lifts from now on 😊

Shiori is incredibly friendly, fun to talk to, professional, and very knowledgeable. She consulted me through email on what type of lash lift would be suitable for my lashes and was very responsive whenever I had questions. As for my experience getting my first lash lift, Shiori made sure to explain each step as she went along and was super careful the whole time. She also informed me of the safe ways to lift lashes. Additionally, she has 60 rods to fit everyone's eye shape to perfectly lift their lashes and I love that she caters to Asian eyes. Overall, I'm extremely happy and I'll definitely come back! I gave up on lash curlers thinking I'd never have beautifully curled lashes, but thanks to Shiori, I love my lashes now! She did such a wonderful job!

I got a lash lift last week, and my lashes look like I got nothing done. I’ve had lash lifts from other salons but decided to try Shiori based on reviews and location. I noticed immediately after the service that the lashes didn’t look that noticeable so canceled my next appointment with her. It’s a shame that she had tip included because I would have liked to control the %.For reference, the first photo is the work by Shiori just 5 days post. You can see my lashes don’t look curled at all. The second photo is from another shop that sadly closed. My lashes looked lifted even one month after. Save your money. She charges more than other places and her work is terrible

I was born with short, straight lashes that don't hold a curl and so my friend suggested a lash lift. Shiori is the expert. She talked me through the process while she did each step and explained what she was doing. And we had a pleasant conversation too. She's really nice to talk to and I felt comfortable the whole time. And the best part is I don't have to curl my eyelashes anymore. I can just swipe on mascara for long lasting, curly lashes. I have already recommended her lash lifts to friends!

It was the first time I've ever had anything done to my lashes and I couldn't be happier! I did the lift and tint and my eyelashes look like they're curled with perfect mascara on all the time (see the before and after pic). I wanted to get them done for my wedding and they're perfect. Shiori was easy to talk to and made me feel totally comfortable as a first timer. Would absolutely recommend!
