First time costumer last one too. Absolutely rude. Also come here if you want to get gaslight into service you 1.) didn’t ask for and 2.) And have Kim add you your tip amount without you even knowing. Also lashes were glued on to my Eyelid skin instead lashes. I asked for a service of $120 got charged 140. Kim Was being so rude when I told Kim my Eyelids burn and was swollen she said “ I cannot work when you talk” I was in pain! And told her to get them off and she was not complying. Either her machine automatically added tip or Kim did which is absolutely so wrong and unprofessional. Kim kept over talking over me when I was respectfully telling her that’s her work was unprofessional. She called me a lair and rude when she was the one gaslighting and not letting me speak. Mind you these lashes were not on my lids for less then 3 hours. That’s how bad they hurt. Please don’t come save your money and get better somewhere else!
I had my first-ever lash appointment at Kim’s Lashes and I’m honestly blown away! From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Kim took the time to explain everything, helped me choose a style that suited my face perfectly, and made sure I was relaxed the entire time. The results? Absolutely stunning. My lashes look full, soft, and so natural but still give that beautiful glam effect. I’ve been getting so many compliments already! You can really tell she pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about her work. If it’s your first time getting lashes (like it was for me), you’re in the BEST hands here. I’m officially hooked and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! ✨
My sister recommended Kim’s Lashes to me & ever since my first visit I’ll keep coming back. Her setting is very soothing & she takes her time with her craft. My lashes always come out amazing & my eyebrows are always on point. Thank you Kim for your hospitality, I appreciate you. And to anyone who is looking for a new lash tech , look no further !
I booked with Kim because she was supposed to do my lashes, but a beginner started the appointment instead and worked on them for almost two hours. After I asked how much longer it would take, Kim came over and finished them. Unfortunately, my lashes don’t look anything like the reference photo I showed, and they feel very heavy and way too thick. My eyelids also feel weighed down.
Kim does a good job. I’ve gone here twice now for eyelash extensions. She also cleans up my eyebrows and they look great. I’m shocked that they are my real eyebrows after she does them. Update: I’ve started to come here every two weeks. The first time was good and so was the second. The third and fourth time today was horrific. The third time my eye got poked with tweezers, it hurt, Cindy apologized, and I figured it happens sometimes no big deal. The fourth time today I literally left here crying, visibly upset, and couldn’t even look Cindy in the eyes. Cindy was literally wiping my tears with a frown on my face as I was laying down on the lash bed. She poked my eye pretty hard with the tweezers two times. It hurt hard enough for me to say something and just made me feel so uncomfortable the entire time because I was scared it would happen again. Then Cindy trims the lashes after she is done to make the lashes even, which I appreciated but she almost cut my eye lid and I immediately started crying and could not stop. It hurt that bad. I was happy to have my lashes done and it turned into a nightmare and nobody cared, I am just so disappointed and upset. I wish I was over exaggerating. At this point I will look for somewhere else to get my lashes done because I’m not going to continue to support this business who made the experience that bad for me.
