Despise driving from Seattle, she makes it worthwhile with her expertise and caring for your lashes. The environment is nice, clean and comfortable. I’ve been a loyal client here, coming every two weeks for fills for months, I followed them here from the old location. I have always been happy with Katie’s work. After being switched to Jessie once, I wasn’t happy with the results and specifically requested not to be booked with her again. They fixed the issue for me and assured me I would be booked with Katie from then on. Despite that, I was contacted only 30 minutes before my appointment today asking me to see Jessie instead which left me no choice because I needed a fill. Unfortunately, I am again unhappy with the quality of the work I could feel her pulling lashes off she just put on due to excessive glue which was burning me at the time and is still crusted on top of my lash line on that eye and the lashes are clumping together, stiff and hard. When I told her they’re sticking together she said they just need to dry more. I also inquired as to why she didn’t seal the lashes at the end like Katie does and didn’t really get a direct answer. I didn’t want to argue and I was just going to chalk it up as a bad day and wait until I could book with Katie again but then I was also charged more than I normally pay. To make matters worse, I wasn’t asked if I wanted to schedule for my usual two week fill. As a regular client who has consistently tipped well, this experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be returning I’ll be going elsewhere. Which is upsetting because Katie does a great job I just can’t deal with the unpredictability I’ve experienced lately.

Katie is the best! Ive been going for years. I always get compliments on my lashes, even when they start to fall. Shes reasonable in price and it takes me an hour to get the classic set which is also great.

I have been coming to Katie since before the pandemic and she is the best lash artist I have ever had. I drive from Seattle faithfully and have no complaints doing so! She is consistent, has the softest touch, and is so fast! Her fills take the same amount of time as a full set and I get very dramatic lashes so that is saying something! My lash retention is always amazing (except when I sleep on my face without an eye mask), She also knows how to take care of your lashes. In 7 years I have only taken about 4 or 5 breaks and all breaks have been short term. She also will not put lashes that are too heavy when mean she does have a cut off for how long she will go. My lashes are very long but not to where my lashes have ever had any damage. I will never go to anyone else....EVER. Because of Katie I feel like a model everyday!
