Clement Lash

After moving from NYC, finding someone trustworthy for my lashes was such a headache until I booked with Serena at Clement Lashes. Serena takes her work so seriously and is amazingly talented. All my appointments with her were super comfortable and pleasant, and my lashes look stunning! Serena also is super patience! Additionally, shoutout to Carol as well, who is also fantastic at her work. The whole team here is top-tier. 10/10 recommend!

I WORSHIP at the church of Clement Lash. Serena is my QUEEN. And not just because that one time she told me she thought I was in my twenties 😂 It’s because one time my friend asked me if I just wake up with makeup on. The quality of work is absolutely unmatched. They take intricate notes about each of your eyelashes in their system from length to material to color to style. That’s that attention to detail. I literally have tiny, straight eyelashes that grow straight down. They also grow very fast and crossover each other. So complicated to lash extend properly. They have never hesitated to fix anytime I’ve been even a little disappointed. I used to spend 15-20 minutes every morning JUST gluing strips on, making sure the inner corners don’t debond. I bent the corners with tweezers. I waited until the glue got tacky. I held it there for a minute. Of course the inner corners always came off. It was time consuming, frustrating. But I was so turned off by the caterpillar extensions I saw everywhere. Then I saw Clement on Instagram. And normally IG just gives me absolute trash ads. But I was so, so desperate. Look at my pictures and videos. Lashes dramatic yet appear as they emerge naturally. These extensions are so light they feel like nothing. I would pay ANYTHING. I am here, every two weeks. ON THE DOT. I pay that stupid 520 toll. Caveat. Most of my friends who come here do not have such complicated natural lashes and their extensions last FOREVER. A friend from NYC texted me a month after her appointment to tell me hers still look great. My best friend sees Carol and LOVES her. Her lashes last 3-4 weeks. Carol has also blessed me with her abilities before. There is talent everywhere here. On top of this, the salon is so elegantly designed. The vibe, the furniture, the music, the plants. It is an experience. I so appreciate the thoughtfulness, the customer service, the quality of the work. It is luxury embodied. It is a vision and the ideal way a business should run. Run. Don’t walk. Just don’t take my appointment slot. Jk you can’t because I book ten weeks ahead of time 😂

A truly elevated experience from start to finish. The space is thoughtfully designed，clean, calm, and aesthetically refined, which immediately puts you at ease. Stella was my lash artist, and her touch was exceptionally gentle. I rarely fall asleep during appointments, but I found myself drifting off without even noticing. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered subtle, well considered suggestions that resulted in a look that feels both natural and tailored. What stood out just as much was the comfort. From the bed to the pillows, everything felt clean and intentionally prepared. Compared to past experiences especially after workouts when my body tends to feel sore this was remarkably relaxing, and the time passed almost effortlessly. The lashes turned out beautifully and have been holding up very well, making my daily makeup routine noticeably easier. It’s the kind of place where attention to detail, technique, and overall experience come together seamlessly. I’ll definitely be returning.

I’m so glad I found Emi on IG—she’s seriously the best lash artist. I’ve always been hesitant about getting lashes because I have really small Asian eyes with little to no lid space, and I worried they wouldn’t show or make any difference. But Emi completely proved me wrong. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and brought my vision to life with the perfect Thai doll look, plus a natural bottom lash add-on. My eyes look so much more defined and they actually pop now. I’m already excited to go back to her for my fill!

I booked an appointment with Stella at Clement Lash as a birthday gift for my grandmother, and it ended up being such a special and wonderful experience. It was my grandma’s first time getting eyelashes, and Stella did an absolutely beautiful job. My grandma left feeling happy and confident and now comes back to Stella regularly, always extremely satisfied. Stella is incredibly talented, kind, and caring, and she always listens to your preferences and gives helpful advice when needed. My grandma asked me to leave this review because she is so grateful for her, and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a true five star experience and professional results in the area.
