Brow and Lash

I have been coming here for the past several years, and Joy has been doing my lashes. She is great! Very dependable and reliable. She does a good job every single time. Highly recommend! After tip, it’s just over $100 each time, but I come every 3 weeks, and I think it’s totally worth it!

I made an appointment for a lash fill and eyebrow shape/tint at this salon for the first time after going to the same lash artist for over five years. Unfortunately, my regular artist recently went on maternity leave and may not be returning, so I started searching for a new salon and came across this place. Before my appointment, the technician texted asking if I currently had lashes on. I told her yes — I had them done less than two weeks prior. She explained she would need to see them in person to determine whether she could do a fill or if they would need to be removed for a full set. She also made comments implying that some salons apply lashes improperly, which immediately felt a little unprofessional considering my previous salon is a very reputable, high-end establishment in Bellevue. When I arrived, she looked at my lashes for maybe two seconds and immediately said she would need to remove them and charge me for a full set because “some were too close to the skin.” Mind you, my lashes were still in excellent condition — I simply needed a small fill because a few had naturally fallen out. The interaction felt very cold and dismissive, and honestly it came across more like an upsell attempt than a genuine concern about lash health. I understand some artists prefer not to work over another technician’s work, but that should be communicated transparently instead of creating questionable reasons to charge significantly more. I ended up getting up and leaving because the experience made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, they lost a potential long-term client over what felt like unnecessary upselling and poor customer service.

Got my brows done here, just a brow wax but I am so happy with them! The beautician was so kind and sweet and the bed you lay on is HEATED! I was so comfortable I could’ve fallen asleep

JOY from Brow and Lash in Mercer Island suite 202 did such a GREAT job with my eyelash extensions. By Far the BEST I have ever had. From how my lashes looks and feel, I was beyond HAPPY. I truly highly RECOMMEND her. Joy’s ability and the comfort during the procedure is what stands out the most. I have a very sensitive eyes. I did not feel any discomfort at all during and after the procedure. She’s amazing and can’t wait to try her other services in the future. Thank you so so much Joy.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years now to get my eyelash extensions and they do a fantastic job! Sedona is great, but she books up quickly so you have to plan ahead. Joy is newer, and while my first experience with her was not ideal, I gave her another try and she is really good and fast and my lashes stay on longer. I highly recommend both of these ladies.
