I came to Alexis for lash extensions knowing a few years ago I did have a reaction (at a different place). I told her about it and she applied 5 test lashes to each eye. I didn’t have a reaction with that so a few weeks later we decided to try the extensions. They turned out beautifully (picture attached). Unfortunately, my body just doesn’t like having lash extensions and 24hrs later my eyelids were extremely itchy and starting to swell. Alexis was checking in with me and recommending different at home remedies. Within 48 hours I just couldn’t handle the itchiness and discomfort so Alexis was able to squeeze me in first thing and get them removed. She didn’t charge me for removal and even gave me credit for a lift in the future. Alexis even said if I wanted to try extensions again, she’d try a different glue and a different process- she did research! Although the extensions didn’t work out for me, they looked beautiful and I am more writing a review for how the allergic reaction was handled. Will go back for a lift and tint in the future 🙌🏼

I've been going to Alexis for a couple of years and she's fantastic! She's great at her job and a genuinely kind person. I have kind of difficult lashes to lift because my eyes water easily - to the extent where the last lash place I tried told me that they refuse to try to lift my lashes again and that I'll never find anyone who would bother doing a lash lift on me. Thankfully, Alexis took on the challenge and has been doing my lash lift and tints ever since :) I have naturally blonde and very straight lashes that angle downward, so the lash lifts are a game changer!

I’ve had my brows shaped, waxed and hennaed by Alexis and I loved it! The henna lasted a while. I also recently got eyelash extensions by her and it was a great experience. It didn’t hurt at all vs my previous experience with a different artist. She is so gentle and really made me feel comfortable. She also has great attention to detail, the pillow under the legs, the little lash kit she sent me home with, etc. Lashes are a “treat yourself” service for me and she definitely made it worth it.

Alexis was so kind, comforting and careful with my brows. I did the lami + wax + tint and it looks amazing. So happy! Will be back.
