Amazing Lash Studio

Melissa is amazing!! My lashes stay beautiful longer then any other lash studio I have been to in the bellevue area. There are no up charges to get a master stylist she is one!! Shes she's consistent you get the same beautiful lashes every time you get a fill great customer service. I definitely would recommend her.🤗 You get coffee or tea its very relaxing Nordstrom is excellent as far as pampering their customers

I booked a fill for my lashes arrived about 10 minutes late (which I understand can affect time), but I still received a full service. At no point before or during the appointment was I told that I’d be charged for a full set instead. That was only mentioned after she finished, when it was too late to do anything about it. On top of that, she didn’t even complete my lash set only did a little bit of it and told me to come back in an hour due to her next client which disrupted my schedule. I’ve never had an issue being a few minutes late before, and usually, the set gets finished fully with proper communication. I would’ve appreciated honesty upfront. Instead, I felt misled and overcharged without warning.
