I absolutely love how my lashes turned out—she did an amazing job and I’m really happy with the final result. The studio itself was also beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and she seems very passionate about her work, which I really appreciated. That said, there were a couple of things that made the experience a bit awkward for me. It was my first time getting lash extensions, and my eyes are quite sensitive, so I did struggle a bit with keeping them still. I think that’s on me, but I did feel a little anxious at times because I was reminded a few times that we were running out of time and to try not to move my eyes. The most uncomfortable part for me was the tipping situation. I had planned to tip in cash, but before I could, she said, “I’d appreciate if you could tip 20%.” I agreed in the moment because I didn’t feel comfortable pushing back, and then it was also added directly on her laptop system, which caught me off guard since I thought we had already agreed I would tip in cash. Overall though, she was very sweet, professional, and clearly talented, and my lashes came out gorgeous. I would still recommend her for the quality of her work, I just wish a few parts of the experience felt a little less pressured and more comfortable.
This was my first time getting lashes done and the whole experience was amazing. Brooke was so sweet and made it a very comfortable and relaxing environment. My lashes look so good and natural she definitely knows what she's doing. And for anyone like me considering it just go to her. You won't regret it.
Brooke does an excellent job with lashes! I've gotten them done by her 4 times now and each time looks amazing. She is professional, kind, and I really feel as though she cares that her clients have a comfortable and positive experience. Highly recommend. Thanks Brooke!
Brooke is extremely professional, while being warm and just very sweet. I've gotten lash extensions over 6 times in my life (elsewhere), and always had issues. However, with Brooke, my lashes are very full, fluffy and secure. Brooke was the first person who had ever explained to me how to properly clean and maintain them, so they can last as long as possible. She even walks through length in the beginning, which no one had ever done for me before! Brooke is meticulous and pays so much attention to detail. It is obvious how passionate she is about her work and I really enjoyed my time with her. Can't wait to go back for a fill soon!
I’ve been going here for extensions for 6 months now and each visit I’m still blown away by how relaxing it is, and how amazing my lashes look. Brooke has taken every detail into account to ensure her guests are comfortable and well cared for. She, and her incredible work are truly one of a kind.
